Ingredients

  • 200 grams seafood mix (shrimp, scallops, and fish)
  • 2 apples, peeled and sliced
  • 100 grams grated cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a pan, melt the butter and sauté the apples until caramelised.
  3. Add the seafood to the pan and cook for a few minutes until opaque.
  4. Sprinkle the flour over the mixture and stir well.
  5. Gradually add the cream and mustard, stirring until thickened.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, and parsley.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a gratin dish, top with grated cheese.
  8. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
