- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt to taste
- In a slow cooker, combine chicken breasts, cream cheese, turkey bacon, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, ranch seasoning, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and chili powder.
- Stir until well mixed.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Before serving, shred the chicken with two forks and mix well.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional turkey bacon and cheese if desired.

- This chili can be topped with shredded cheese, sour cream, or sliced green onions.
