Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, nutmeg, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, then stir in the eggnog and vanilla.
  5. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.
  7. Let cool before frosting.
