  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, ricotta, spinach, breadcrumbs, parmesan, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  5. In a saucepan, heat heavy cream over medium heat and add mozzarella cheese until melted.
  6. Pour the creamy sauce over the baked meatballs before serving.
