Ingredients

  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 pound boneless chicken thighs
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 4 ounces ramen noodles
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a pot, heat oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add chicken thighs and cook until browned on all sides.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and soy sauce; bring to a simmer.
  4. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, then add to the pot.
  5. Stir in red pepper flakes and heavy cream; mix well.
  6. Allow to simmer for a few more minutes, then serve hot, garnished with green onions.

Notes

  • For extra heat, add more red pepper flakes.
  • Feel free to substitute chicken thighs with chicken breast.
