Spicy Ground Beef Stir-Fry Bowl with Garlic Veggies & Steamy Rice

  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in the garlic and mixed vegetables, cooking until the veggies are tender.
  4. Add soy sauce and sriracha, mixing well.
