  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 pound baby potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix yogurt, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic, and salt. Add chicken breasts, coating them well. Marinate for at least 1 hour.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  3. In another bowl, toss baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet.
  4. Place marinated chicken on a separate baking sheet.
  5. Bake the chicken and potatoes for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and potatoes are crispy.
  6. In a small bowl, mix feta cheese and dill to create the cream.
  7. Serve the chicken topped with dill feta cream alongside crispy baby potatoes.
