Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Combine the mashed bananas with the egg mixture.
