Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken breasts in olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  4. In a separate pan, sauté the mixed vegetables until tender.
