The Best Mango Coconut Panna Cotta (That Makes Every Dinner Feel Like a Tropical Vacation!)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup mango puree
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons gelatin
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat coconut milk and heavy cream until warm.
  2. Stir in sugar and vanilla extract until dissolved.
  3. In a separate bowl, bloom gelatin in water for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the bloomed gelatin to the warm coconut mixture and stir until fully dissolved.
  5. Remove from heat and mix in mango puree.
  6. Pour the mixture into molds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  7. Unmold the panna cotta and serve chilled.

Notes

  • You can top with additional mango slices for garnish.
  • Ensure the gelatin is fully dissolved for a smooth texture.
