- 1 pound ground pork
- 2 cups napa cabbage, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 package lasagna noodles
- 4 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 jar marinara sauce
- 1 egg
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, cook ground pork over medium heat until browned.
- Add onion, garlic, and napa cabbage, sautéing until softened.
- Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil, then remove from heat.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, and half of the mozzarella.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer noodles, followed by pork mixture, ricotta mixture, and marinara sauce. Repeat layers.
- Top with remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 45 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
